Importance of Educating the Girl Child
“If you educate a man, you educate an individual, but if you educate a woman, you educate a nation.”
We target the mindset of our society as the only way we can bring change is by constantly hammering the thought and being a role model to future generations to embed the ideology that the sexes, both male and female, are equal. This mentality needs to be emphasised upon in all aspects right from home, so that people truly understand the importance of treating men and women equally. Women’s education is a fundamental need of the economy and country’s development. To ensure that women who graduate enter the workforce, we have conducted several campus interviews in colleges. We have been requesting IT companies to schedule placement fairs in Parbhani region, and we have been considerably successful in our efforts as hundreds of youngsters have now placed in companies.
